2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, our SaaS application ChurnScope, and our services. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of relevant legal grounds, in particular Art. 6(1) GDPR.

Distinction: Customer CRM data processed on behalf of our B2B customers is governed by our separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Hosting & Infrastructure Providers

Our website and application utilize third-party cloud infrastructure services:

Vercel (Vercel Inc.): Web hosting, content delivery, and serverless compute. When accessing our website, server log data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) is processed. (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Supabase (Supabase Inc. / EU Region Frankfurt): Authentication, database management, and account data storage. All core application databases are hosted within the EU (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Make (Celonis Inc. / Make.com): Integration and webhook workflow automation for CRM communication. (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Sentry (Functional Software Inc.): Real-time technical error tracking and system health monitoring. Transmitted error logs are anonymized wherever possible. (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. User Registration, Authentication & HubSpot OAuth

When you register for ChurnScope or authenticate via HubSpot OAuth, we collect and store the following account information:

Name, work email address, company name, HubSpot Portal ID, and subscription status.
Timestamps of terms and agreement consents.

The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and fulfillment of statutory obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Contact Forms & Inquiries

When contacting us via email or using our online inquiry forms (powered by Formspree, Inc.), the information provided in the form (name, email address, message) is processed for the purpose of handling your request. (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

6. Data Security (SSL/TLS Encryption)

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of sensitive content, our platform enforces end-to-end TLS/HTTPS encryption. Data transmitted between your browser and our servers cannot be read by unauthorized third parties.
